1. Definitions

• "Company" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to Rangutsav
• "User" / "You" / "Your" refers to any person accessing or using the Platform
• "Services" include sale of art supplies and related offerings
• "Personal Data" shall have the meaning assigned under the DPDP Act, 2023

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform
• By using the Platform, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian laws

3. User Obligations

You agree:

• Not to engage in fraudulent transactions, including fake or abusive COD orders
• Not to misuse the Platform for unlawful activities

We reserve the right to suspend accounts, cancel orders, or restrict access in case of violations.

4. Product Information & Pricing

• All products are subject to availability and confirmation
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from pricing or technical errors

• Variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to screen differences or manufacturing batches

5. Payments & Financial Transactions

• Payments are processed through RBI-compliant, secure third-party payment gateways
• We do not store financial information such as card or banking details

Cash on Delivery (COD):

• Available at our discretion
• We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel COD orders, including for risk management or verification failure

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, subject to operational conditions
• Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed

Upon dispatch:

• Risk and responsibility transfer to the logistics partner
• We are not liable for delays caused by external factors (including force majeure events)

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Key conditions include:

• Returns allowed within 7 days, subject to eligibility
• Mandatory unboxing video evidence for damaged/missing claims
• Return handling fee applicable for non-defective returns
• Shipping fees are non-refundable

We reserve the right to reject claims in cases of fraud, abuse, or non-compliance

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property on the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Trademarks
• Logos
• Content
• Designs

are owned by or licensed to Rangutsav and are protected under applicable Indian laws.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Personal Data & Privacy (DPDP Compliance)

We process Personal Data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules.

• Breach of these Terms
• Misuse of the Platform
• Violation of applicable laws

12. Account Suspension & Risk Control

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel orders
• Block accounts
• Restrict services

In cases including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent transactions
• Excessive returns
• Abuse of COD or promotional
