Returns & Refunds Policy

If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

Important: Video of opening the package is mandatory to claim returns and refunds.

1. Return Window

7 days: Request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. We cannot accept refunds or exchanges after 7 days.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: "Final Sale" items are non-returnable

3. The Return Process

  1. Request: Email us at customercare@rangutsav.com or WhatsApp us at +91 7680818252 with your Order ID and a photo of the product.
  2. Pickup: Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup through Courier Partner. Please keep the package ready for the courier agent.
  3. Inspection: Once we receive the item back at our warehouse, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective/Wrong Items: We will bear the complete cost of return shipping.
  • Change of Mind: A flat return handling fee of ₹99 will be deducted.

5. Refunds

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund is processed to your payment mode within 5–7 business days.
  • COD Orders: We will issue the refund as a Store Credit/Discount Voucher or via Bank Transfer/UPI. Our team will contact you for your account details.

Please note: Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase (₹49 for orders below ₹999) are non-refundable.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement or before it has been dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
